Delivery Addresses
We are currently only able to deliver to UK Mainland business addresses.
Delivery on consumables
We operate a next day delivery service on all orders on consumables.
All orders must be placed before 12 noon
Monday to Thursday to ensure next day delivery. Orders placed on Friday will be subject to delivery on the following Monday.
In the rare event that we are out of stock we will send the items as soon as possible.
Delivery on machine equipment
Delivery on all machines will be between
2 - 14 days after payment is received.
Delivery time does depend on the type of equipment chosen. Some machines, which may be less common or require specific functions, may take mariginally longer than more common machines held in our own stock. We will contact you in any case, upon any equipment purchase.
Delivery Charges
Orders above £50 are inclusive of any standard delivery charges.
Orders under £50 regrettably will incur a delivery charge
of £6.99 including VAT.
The delivery charge is calculated by the total price of all items ordered; this is automatically calculated in the shopping cart for you.
Machine equipment may be charged additional shipping cost and it will be indicated in the shopping cart.

Returns Policy
Returning Goods
If you would like to return accessories or consumables, which are not faulty, we will accept them up to 3 days after you received the goods. The received date will be taken as that when the goods were signed for by our courier.
We are able to accept goods that are
unused, unopened
and in the same condition in which they were delivered.
We will issue a refund once the goods are returned
and we are satisfied that they are in a re-sellable condition and have not been used or opened.
We reserve the right to charge the higher £15 or 5% of the goods value, as a contribution to the handling, re-stocking and refunding fee.
The cost and responsibility of returning unwanted or non faulty goods will be
the liability of the customer.
Please note that in the rare occurance of delivered goods being damaged or faulty,
customers have 3 days after receipt of the goods to notify us of the fault or the damage
. We will gladly replace these goods at our expense.
Refunds on returned goods will be given by way of the credit or debit cards used and a receipt will be issued. Orders paid for by cheque or cash will be refunded by a company cheque.
Cancellations
You may cancel your consumables and accessories order up until the point at which the order has been despatched to our carrier. If an order has been
cancelled prior to despatch any charges or payments made by the customer will be refunded in full.
If the order is cancelled and the goods have already been despatched to our carrier it will be treated as Returning of Goods (please see Returning Goods Policy).
By purchasing machine equipment or entering into a lease agreement on machine equipment the above conditions apply. A period of 24 hours grace is given in which the customer has to cancel the order. After such time you cannot
cancel your order.
