Refreshment Systems Ltd Warranty Packages
Looking at most Websites you will see the question of warranty is
difficult to find, ambiguous or simply absent. Some narrative tries to
suggest some cover but means what? What does "Manufacturer's Warranty",
"Commercial Warranty", "12 months Warranty as standard", "Comes with
Service and Warranty" or simply "Free Parts and Labour Warranty" mean?
How long? Covers what? Provided by whom? - questions often avoided by small Internet sellers.
At Refreshment Systems Ltd we are a "clicks and mortar
provider". We believe you should have absolute clarity in what is
covered, for how long, and by whom.
All equipment supplied by us comes with a 12 months warranty already included in the price, either:
1. On-site parts and labour warranty
2. Return-to-base parts and labour warranty
On-site parts and labour warranty
On-site parts and labour warranty is
simply what it states. We will send a fully trained service engineer to
attend a fault between Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.00pm. In
most instances it will be one of our twenty own in-house engineers who
attends. However, in some instances, we will use handpicked service
partners to assist us to ensure that the level of service we give is
second to none.
We monitor daily a host of key
performance indicators, particularly the time taken to arrive on-site
from when a call is placed and the first time fix of equipment. At this
moment in time 95.9% of calls are attended within eight working hours
and 89.2% of faults are rectified first time.
This warranty is inclusive of all labour costs and all parts (with the few exceptions noted below).
Additional years service cover can be purchased prior to the expiry of the current warranty.
Return-to-base parts and labour warranty
For lower
value simpler equipment we offer a return-to-base
warranty. In the unusual situation where such equipment develops a
fault, simply return the item to us (preferably in its original
packaging to avoid damage in transit) and we will fix it usually
within 16 working hours and return it to you free of charge.
Once again this warranty is inclusive of all labour
costs and all parts (with the few exceptions noted below) and,
whilst it is your responsibility to return the item to us, we will
cover the cost of returning it to you.
What is not covered by the warranty?
We do unfortunately have to exclude some things as you might expect. Exclusions are as follows:
-
Damage arising from fire, frost, misuse of the equipment beyond fair
wear and tear, the fitting of parts or accessories not approved by us
or by persons not approved by us.
